  • Basa fish pieces - 250 gms
  • 1/2 tbspChilli powder-
  • 1 tbspGarlic paste -
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder -
  • 2 tbspLemon juice -
  • 1/2 cupCorn flour -
  • 4 tbspOil -
  • Salt - to taste

Steps

30 mins
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add fish pieces,lemon juice,,salt, garlic paste,chilli powder,turmeric powder,corn flour and marinate fish for 10 mins.

    Heat oil in a pan.
    Deep fry the fish pieces from both the sides
    Serve hot.
