Cook basmati rice, let it cool completely. Divide the rice into three equal portions.

Take milk in one bowl and mix sugar in it take milk in onther bowl mix sugar and saffron in it. now take milk in the third bowl add sugar, pistachio powder to it and mix.

Now put the ghee in the pan when it gets hot add the prepared plan milk to it add a one portion of rice and cook for 2-3 minutes and take it in a bowl.

Now put ghee in the pan again add the prepared saffron milk add the other part of rice and cook for 2-3 minutes and take it in a bowl

Put ghee in a pan add prepared pistachio powder milk add one third of rice and cook for 2-3 minutes and take it in a bowl.

First put pistachio rice in serving dish put plan rice on it, put saffron rice on it decorate with cloves.

Tricolor rice is ready.
