In a pan add oil. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, finely chopped onions, green chillies ginger.Saute for 2 minutes. Add all powdered masala, salt. Add boiled and mashed potatoes. Add finely chopped coriander leaves. Mix all very well. Check salt and add if required.

In a bowl add water. Dip bread slice in water and squeeze all water. Make lemon size balls of potato mixture an keep in center of bread. Fold the bread gently from all sides until mixture is properly stuffed inside of bread.

Heat oil in a frying pan and drop the Bread roll one by one. Deep fry the Bread roll till golden brown.

For green chutney - grind all ingredients with enough water into smooth paste.

Serve hot bread roll with mint chutney or tomato sauce.
