Butter Scotch Cake
My birthday cake I have made it at home..

Dry ingredients : In a bowl add 1 big cup maida, Castor sugar as needed, A pinch of salt... Wet ingredients : Eggs, melted butter, castor sugar, butter scotch essence combined with dry ingredients. Mix....there will be no lumps on it.Make a thick batter. Grease the tin with melted butter and maida. Pour the cake batter. Spread evenly. Tap twice so that the air will goes off.

Preheat Otg for 180 degree C for 5 minutes. Bake the cake for 180 degree C for 20 minutes.Check it. If it is done.. Then take out the cake from oven.. Cool it and demould the cake..

Slowly cut the cake layer. Then apply sugar syrup all over the cake. Then apply whipped cream. Spread evenly..

Put another piece of cake. Apply sugar syrup. Spread evenly.. Again apply the whipped cream.allover the cake....Once it is done.. Then sprinkle caramalised crushed almonds.over the cake.Once it is done. Then refrigerate the cake for 1/2 hrs.. Once it is done.

Cut the cake and enjoy..
