Ingredients

1red bell pepper
1green bell pepper
1ripe tomato
3 1/2 tablespoonsolive oil (50 ml)
Salt, black pepper, oregano
About 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (about 60 grams)

Steps

Slice the bell peppers into rings and sauté them in the olive oil.

Add the tomato, sliced thinly.

Once the peppers and tomatoes have softened, season with salt and black pepper.

Add the feta cheese and oregano at the end.

A quick and easy appetizer.
