Steps

Take cleaned carrots,peel out the skin, cut into small pieces.

Cut onion, tomato,red chillies and curry leaves.

Fry all those,carrot, Onion, Tomato, red chillies, curry leaves, add salt, lemon juice, put it in mixer jar grind nicely. Transfer to serving bowl. Carrot chutney is ready.

For Coconut chutney collect all things.

Take a mixer jar,add coconut, cashew nuts, green chillies, curry leaves and salt,grind smoothly, Transfer to another bowl. Coconut chutney is ready.

For green chutney:
Clean thuthuvalai leaves,keep aside. Collect other things for chutney. - 7
Take a kadai, let it heat,pour oil, fry cumin seeds,onions, green chillies,Green leaves fry for few minutes,add salt, transfer to mixer grinder,grind into fine paste. Transfer to a serving bowl. Green leaves chutney is ready.
