I have created a dish which is lovely and can surprise guests on birthday occasions. Instead of ice-cream, I have kept coconut laddoo as filling and decorated with boondi. #goldenapron23

I have created a dish which is lovely and can surprise guests on birthday occasions. Instead of ice-cream, I have kept coconut laddoo as filling and decorated with boondi. #goldenapron23

Break the coconut into two halves. Grate coconut using a hand machine. Collect grated coconut in a kadhai. Add sugar and mix well. Switch on the burner and cook for at least 10 minutes in low flame with constant stirring.

Break the pedas into small pieces and mix with the half cooked coconut. Keep on stirring till the mixture detaches from the kadhai. Switch off the burner.

Mix Almond slices with the cooked coconut. Allow it to cool down so that one can prepare laddoos. Grease your palm with ghee, and start to make laddoos. One can decorate with pista slices.

On the ice-cream cone, purchased from the market, I have put one laddoo on each cone and filled the gaps with boondi. Now it's ready to serve.
