This soy milk pudding is tasty and nutritious.It has the mild flavour of ginger.Ginger is a good source of antioxidants.
Steps

Mix corn flour and 1/4 th cup cold soy milk.

Add rest of the milk,ginger juice, vanilla essence.

Boil water (2 cups) in a broad pan.Steam the soy milk mixture in a small stainless steel bowl.Steam it for 10 min.Switch off the gas stove.Let it cool.

Keep it in the fridge for an hour. Your delicious and healthy pudding is ready to serve.
