Proso millet dhokla
Millets are very healthy.
Steps

First of all wash Proso millet,chickpea dal, arad dal,mogar of mung dal and soak for 5-6 hours.

After 5-6 hours put all these dal and Proso millet in a mixer bowl after draining water.Add curd and crush it.

Now cover this mixture and leave it for 7-8 hours for furmantation.

Now add salt, ginger, garlic and chilli paste, turmeric,red chilli powder and sugar to this mixture. Stir this mixture well.

Now heat water in a steamer pot for steaming. Then grease the plate for making dhokla with a little oil.Now take half of the mixture and put 1 pouch of eno fruit salt in it,mix well and pour it in a greased plate.Sprinkle red chili powder over it and place the plate in the steamer pot for 10-12minutes.

After 10-12 minutes take out the plate and let it cool for 3-4 minutes.Then cut it with knife.

Now serve the dhokla in a plate with green chutney, pickle masala and groundnut oil.Garnish with coriander.
