Ingredients

30 minutes
Serves 2 servings
  • 7 ozfresh oysters (about 200 grams), 2 green onions, 2 eggs, 7 oz water spinach (about 200 grams), 1/3 cup oyster omelet flour mix (about 50 grams), 1/2 cup water (about 125 grams), ketchup and sweet chili sauce to taste
  • Rinse the oysters and gently rub with salt, then drain. Finely chop the green onions. Wash and drain the water spinach. Mix the oyster omelet flour with water and stir until smooth

    Heat oil in a pan. Add the oysters and cook briefly, then add the green onions and sauté until fragrant.

  2. 2

    Crack in the eggs, add the water spinach, then pour in the flour batter and spread evenly.

  3. 3

    Pan-fry until both sides are golden and crispy. Serve with ketchup or sweet chili sauce to taste.
