  1. 2 3/4 ozraw cauliflower (about 80 grams)
  2. 2large eggs
  3. 1 tablespooncornstarch
  4. 2 tablespoonsmilk or soy milk
  5. 1 pinchdried parsley and garlic blend (optional)
  6. Salt
  7. Pepper

  1. 1

    Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Heat a skillet over high heat. Lightly spray with oil. Pour a small ladleful of the batter into the pan. Cook on both sides until golden. Place the crêpes on a plate and cover to keep warm.

    Now just fill them with your favorite ingredients!

    Suggestion:
    Smoked salmon, ham, grilled vegetables…
    Serve with a sauce made from plain yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper.
