Blend all the ingredients until you have a smooth batter. Heat a skillet over high heat. Lightly spray with oil. Pour a small ladleful of the batter into the pan. Cook on both sides until golden. Place the crêpes on a plate and cover to keep warm.

Now just fill them with your favorite ingredients!

Suggestion:
Smoked salmon, ham, grilled vegetables…
Serve with a sauce made from plain yogurt, dill, salt, and pepper.
