Add oil from sundried tomatoes in pan and fry the garlic and onion and put your pasta to boil.

Chop the sundried tomatoes and add to pan. Also add your stock.

Blend till smooth

Add back to pan from blender and add your harrisa paste, lemon and oregano.

Mix with your cooked penne. Add a little pasta water for silky finish.

Serve with broccoli or crispy kale and sprinkle over some feta.
