Steps

Boil and cool the rice

Split 2 of the eggs into yolks and egg whites

Mix the cooled rice with 2 egg yolks and 2 tbs of chilli oil.

In a wok put a little bit of butter, 2 tbs of chilli oil and the whites of the spring onion.

Add egg whites

Add rice, soy sauce to taste
- 7
Serve with fried veggie chicken pieces and broccoli
