Wanted drop scones with lemon flavor
Steps

Beat eggs and combine with wet ingredients

Combine all dry ingredients

Add margarine to the dry ingredients and combine by hand

Add the wet ingredients and combine until you achieve fluffy fluid consistency. Add the zest and mix well

On medium-low heat, scoop with a 1/4 cup, pour onto a frying pan and cook the drop scones without spreading them out.

Turn/ flip the scones when you see bubbles forming on the top to cook both sides.

Serve as desired
