Spiny gourd also called kantola is a seasonal monsoon vegetable. It is a rich source of antioxidants and flavonoids. It helps strengthen resistance and nourish us from the inside out.

Spiny gourd also called kantola is a seasonal monsoon vegetable. It is a rich source of antioxidants and flavonoids. It helps strengthen resistance and nourish us from the inside out.
Steps

Wash kaode/spiny gourd properly and wipe them.

Cut the top and bottom part.
- 3
Now cut them into very thin slices.
- 4
Heat mustard oil in a wok and put sliced kakode.
- 5
Add turmeric powder, chili powder and salt.
- 6
Mix well so that the spices coats veggie well.
- 7
Stir continuously to avoid burnt and deep fry these slices on high heat till they becomes crisp.
