Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsoaked proso millet(4hrs)
  2. 1 tspamaranth flour
  3. 2boiled and grated potato
  4. 1 cupgrated coconut
  5. 2 tbspground peanut
  6. 2green chilli
  7. 1 inchgrated ginger
  8. Salt and sugar to taste
  9. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  10. For chutney
  11. 4kokam
  12. 2green chilli
  13. 1 tspginger
  14. 2tblsp coconut
  15. 1tblsp ground peanut
  16. 1/2 tspcumin seeds
  17. Salt and sugar to taste

Cooking Instructions

    In a mixi jar add,soaked milet, 2 green chilies, cumin and coconut and grind to paste. Now in a bowl add potato, ground peanut, amaranth flour and sugar salt and millet paste and mix thoroughly. Soak it for 10 min

    For chutney add all required chutney ingredients in a mixi jar and grind until paste.
    Pink chutney is ready.

    Now on a fry pan add batter and then make nice dosas out of it. Add little ghee if required. Serve hot with chutney.
