These once frozen air-fried baked potatoes are even better when air-fried a second time straight from the freezer.
Steps

Air-fry potatoes with skin on at 395 degrees F (202 degrees C) for 40 minutes, flipping halfway through. No oil required.

Remove and place in an air-tight Zip Loc bag and store in a freezer until ready to consume (up to several months).

Remove from freezer and air-fry again, same temperature, for 14 minutes. Do not thaw or add any oil.

With a knife, cut potatoes in half, then continue air frying for 10 more minutes.

Ready to serve. You can eat these super crispy potatoes holding them in your hand, skin on, and plain.
