Preheat oven to 320!

Heat cream and vanilla over low to medium heat for 10 minutes or until it starts to bubble

Mix eggs and sugar in bowl

Cream the eggs then pour through sieve

Put ramekins in baking dish, fill with creme sauce. Then fill baking dish half way with boiling water.

Put in oven! Take out in 30-40 (jiggle). Cover, let chill in fridge for 3 hours.

Add water and sugar to pan, low to medium heat, stir, don't touch again. Leave alone till it's amber color.

Pour over chilled crem and let cool completely. Enjoy 🥰
