Today I have made tasty delicious healthy breakfast recipes with a dried cranberry twist.

First wash the flattened rice properly with the help of a strainer and keep aside.

Heat oil in a kadai add mustard seeds, let them splutter then add grated ginger, chopped green chillies, curry leaves and saute few seconds then add chopped onion, turmeric powder and salt mix it well and cook 2-3 minutes, lastly add dried cranberries and mix it properly.

Now add soaked flattened rice mix it and cook another 4-5 minutes, stir continuously on low flame. Now finish with chopped coriander leaves, sugar, lemon juice and cranberry, mix everything properly, turn off the flame, cover it with a lid for 5 minutes then serve.
