Ingredients

  1. 1 cupmatar dal
  2. 1chopped onion
  3. 1chopped tomato
  4. 1green chilli slit
  5. 2red chilli
  6. 1 tspginger
  7. 1 tspgarlic
  8. 1 tspred chilli powder
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 3/4 tsphomemade garam masala
  11. 1 tspcoriander powder
  12. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  13. Coriander
  14. 1 tsplemon juice
  15. leavesCurry
  16. 1.5 tspmustard / jeera
  17. Hing

Cooking Instructions

50 minutes
  1. 1

    Wash and soak the Matar 5 hours then pressure cooker for 4 whistles. Till soft adding salt. Turmeric. Hing and oil. Heat oil add mustard. Jeera. Chilli curry leaves. And Hing onions garlic. Ginger fry.Till slightly golden brown. Add chopped tomatoes all spices and salt fry for a while.

    Then add cooked matar and let it boil for a few minutes finally add juice &,coriander leaves.

    Matar curry is ready. Serve with aloo Patti's sweet chutney. Onion green chutney. Sev.
