1 cupmaize flour
4 tbsmaida
Salt
Haldi
1/2 cupwater
1 tspchilli flakes
1 tsporegano

Boil water add salt and haldi.switch off the flame add maize flour mix well cover for2 min. Then add maida and chilli flakes.oregano.

Knead well make a tough dough. Roll in to roti and cut into triangles.make holes with fork.

Deep fry serve with salsa or green chutney.
