Preheat oven to 400° Fahrenheit. Season the lean side of the roast, with half the seasoning for the roast. Turn the roast to fatty side up. Cut the top crosshatched.

Add glazes on top of the crosshatched roast. Add water, and cover. Put into the oven for 1 hour at 400° Fahrenheit. Then turn to 275° Fahrenheit for 2-1/2 hours. I had to pick up the granddaughters.

After that time, take some of the juices, 6 cups, and make the rice with it. After the rice is done, serve, I hope you enjoy!!!!
