Cooking Instructions

Heat the oil in a large frying pan and brown the beef and reserve.

In the same frying pan sauté the onions and garlic together.

Add the browned beef, mix in cumin powder, cayenne pepper, paprika, parsley, oregano, thyme leaves, salt, black pepper and cook for 2 minutes.

Add the vegetables and cook until are soft.

Incorporate the tomato sauce, water, olives, and capers. Cook for 2 more minutes.

Serve it with rice.
