A very simple and quick salmon recipe with just a few ingredients.

Preheat your oven to 410°F (210°C).

Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 8 triangles, as shown in the video.

Spread the herbed cream cheese on each triangle, then place a piece of smoked salmon at the wide end of each triangle.

To shape, fold in the two corners and roll up toward the tip of the triangle. Repeat for each croissant.

Crack the egg into a bowl and beat it. Brush the croissants with the beaten egg and sprinkle with Herbes de Provence.

Bake at 410°F (210°C) for about 10 to 15 minutes. Enjoy!
