Ingredients

  • 1low fat cottage cheese (blend first)
  • 1/2 cupto 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunchfresh Basil
  • 1/2onion diced
  • Pepper to taste (taste before salting due to Parmesan cheese being salty)

  1. 1

    Blend the cottage cheese first then add other ingredients (maybe some chicken broth?) BEFORE adding heavy cream. DONT WHIP THE HEAVY CREAM.
