Assemble all ingredients

Dry roast shredded coconut for 7-8 minutes till moisture evaporates.
Allow to cool and then grind it.
Alternatively Desiccated coconut can also be used for the recipe. - 3
Take half (1/2) cup sesame seeds from 1 cup and grind it, grind peanuts also. Keep remaining 1/2 cup Sesame seeds as it is.

Place all ingredients on a thali and mix very nicely. Add grated jaggery and further mash jaggery with hand / palm.

Add ghee, mix well and start binding Laddoos of your preferred size.

Ladoos are done and ready to serve.
