Brown rice flour mini paratha

Take a mixing bowl, add brown rice flour & whole wheat flour, mix it well. Now add all the given ingredients one by one except oil. Mix it well.

Add water slowly slowly, knead a soft dough. Rest it for 5 minutes. Add 1 tbsp oil, knead it again, keep aside.

Take a non-stick tawa, heat it. Moderate the flame. Take med sized portions of the dough, roll it, make Paratha.

Bake it as usual as a normal Paratha.. make all the parathas in the same manner.

Take out in a dish, plate it, serve it with any chutney or dahi..
