1 bowlsprouted black chane
As required sev
1chopped cucumber
1chopped tomato
1chopped onion
leavesChopped coriander
leavesMint
1green chilli Chopped
1/2yello chopped capsicum
Salt to test
1/2 tbspblack pepper
1/2 tbspcumin powder
Lime juice
2 tsprow mango

First soak the chana for 8 hours then strain it and put it in a cloth so that the sprouts burst. Put everything in a bowl. Add salt. Pepper. Lime juice coriander. Mint and sev and mix well.

So now the healthy and nutrious sprouted salad is ready to be served.
