Ingredients

3 serving
  • 1 bowlsprouted black chane
  • As required sev
  • 1chopped cucumber
  • 1chopped tomato
  • 1chopped onion
  • leavesChopped coriander
  • leavesMint
  • 1green chilli Chopped
  • 1/2yello chopped capsicum
  • Salt to test
  • 1/2 tbspblack pepper
  • 1/2 tbspcumin powder
  • Lime juice
  • 2 tsprow mango

30 minutes
  1. 1

    First soak the chana for 8 hours then strain it and put it in a cloth so that the sprouts burst. Put everything in a bowl. Add salt. Pepper. Lime juice coriander. Mint and sev and mix well.
