Steps

First add the Porso millet in a broad vessel.

Add the masoor dal, yellow moong dal, and urad dal.. wash three times and soak over night.

Soak tamarind in hot water for ten mins. Add the soaked tamarind to the washed soaked and drained mixture of porso millet dal.

Add green chilli, ginger and salt

Now add water little by little and make a fine paste. Batter should be off pouring consistency.

On a hot griddle pour small portions of the batter sprinkle drops of ghee or oil and cook on both sides.Serve with stew or chuntey.
