We make different varieties of prasad for Goddess..
Lapsi is one of them.
It is Sweet used jaggery and coarse wheat flour..

It is Sweet used jaggery and coarse wheat flour..

Steps
- 1
Make all ingredients ready.
Dry roast the coarse wheat flour on slow flame until aroma releases from the flour.
Remove from the pan. - 2
In the same pan add water and jaggery.
Let the jaggery completely melt in the water,add tblsp full of ghee in the boiling water and mix. now add half of the Almond flakes and raisins.
When water starts boiling add roasted Wheat flour and mix with the rolling pin. - 3
Let the water absorb in the flour.
Continuously mix the flour,
Lastly add remaining ghee in it.
Mix well and switch off the flame.
Cover it and let the lapsi sizzle.. - 4
After a couple of minutes, remove the lapsi from the pan to the plate.
Garnish with remaining almond flakes and raisins.
Offer to goddess Kuldevi then have the Prasad..🙏
