Fried potatoes with wild mushrooms

The most autumn dish. Incredibly aromatic wild mushrooms and crispy potatoes. Such a dinner (or lunch) will not leave anyone indifferent.
(Buy mushrooms at the store).

Steps
- 1
I cut the prepared, cleaned and washed mushrooms into small pieces. I have aspen mushrooms, birch mushrooms and chanterelles. I do not pre-boil them.
- 2
Cut the onion into thin half rings. Fry the mushrooms with the onion until the onion is translucent.
- 3
Cut the potatoes into thin strips. Add to the mushrooms. Mix.
- 4
Salt and season to taste. Fry the potatoes with mushrooms, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are done.
- 5
At the very end, I like to sprinkle the potatoes and mushrooms with dry dill. And close the lid. Turn off the heat. Let stand for five minutes.
