Soaked the soya granules in lukewarm water till it becomes soft, squeezed the water and grind the soya in a mixer

Wash and finely chopped the vegetables as given avove and puree the tomato in a grinder with chopped green chilli.

Finely sliced the onion. In a pan heat the oil and splutter the zeera seeds with bay leaf, water melon seeds, and fry the onions and saute till it turns light brown. Add pinch of turmeric, now add vegetables saute for sometime with spatula, now mix grinded soya granules together add ginger and garlic paste. And masala
Stir for a few minutes now add salt and cover the lid and cook for 10 to 15 min in a low flame.
Meanwhile add tomato puree and stir for sometime. And cook for another 15 min. - 4
Add little bit of water as per to avoid get stuck in the pan. Add the chopped dhania leaves in vegetables and cook for another 2 min. Switch off the flame and served with rice. healthy soya granules is ready.
