Wash & soak dal for 1/2 an hour. Make puree from tomato, onions and garlic.

In cooker add dal, puree, dry spices & double quantity of water. Cook it till 6 to 7 whistle or 15 min.

After that open the lid & check it. If required add some more water. Again cook it for 10 min.

Now check it's consistently. Add garam masala, kasuri methi & malai in it.

Instant cooked langar wali is ready for serve.
