Ingredients

  • Yam
  • Flour
  • 1egg
  • Seasoning
  • Oil
  • Ginger garlic paste
  • Scotch bonnet
  • Onions
  • Onga seasoning(red one)

Steps

  1. 1

    Feel and cut your yam into chucks or fingers. Transfer it to a pot and sprinkle some salt add water and let it cook for some time.

  2. 2

    Let your cooked yam sit for a while in the mean time you get a bowl add in some flour, egg, scotch bonnet, ginger garlic paste, onga, onions and a little water. Mix through

  3. 3

    In a frying pan add in a lil oil on medium heat. Place your cooked yam into the flour mixture and then into the oil and let it fry until it’s done.

  4. 4

    Serve it hot with anything of your choice and enjoy 😉
