Nendran bananas are large and yellow, sweet in flavour with a distinct texture. They are used for the preparation of dishes like thoran, puttu, pazham pori. Nendran banana comes from Kerala, where it is a staple fruit. Their pale yellow and silky flesh give them a distinctive color and texture.
Steps

Peel banana & cut into small pieces. Take mixer jar add banana, milk, khaand & saffron in it. Make it puree. Keep aside.

Take nonstick pan add ghee, roast dry fruits. After color change, take it out. Now add suji in this pan. Roast it on low flame till golden brown.

Now add banana puree in it. Stir it continues to avoid lumps. When suji absorb all puree, add dry fruits & 1 tea spoon ghee on it.

All the processes complete on low flame. Now sheera turn into a dough form & leave the pan. Off the flame & cover it with lid.

Leave it for few minutes. It ready for serve. Before serving add more cashewnut pieces on it. Healthy, nutritious & tasty banana sheera is ready.
