Ingredients

25-30 minutes

  1. Rice - 200 gm (ground Rice Soaked)
  2. Ginger - 3 pcs (An inch Long)
  3. pcsGarlic-10-12
  4. Green Chili - 6 pcs (Medium Size)
  5. Potato - 2 pcs (Boiled & Grated)
  6. 2-3 tbspCurd -
  7. As NeededWater -
  8. pcsCarrot-1-2
  9. Capsicum - 1-2 pcs (Chopped)
  10. tomato 🍅 - 2-3 tbsp (Chopped)
  11. Spring Onion - 2-3 tbsp (Chopped)
  12. 1 tspTurmeric Powder -
  13. 1/2 tbspGaram Masala -
  14. 1 tbspSalt -
  15. Curry Leaves - 8-10 pcs (Chopped)
  16. As NeededCooking Oil -

Steps

25-30 minutes
  1. 1

    In a mixer jar, add rice, ginger, garlic, and green chilies. Grind them to paste.

    • Then add potato and curd as well Grind them too. Add water as needed. The batter is ready once you get the required consistency.

    Transfer the batter to a bowl. Add chopped carrots, capsicum, tomato, spring onion, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, and curry leaves. Mix everything properly.

    Heat oil in a pan. Drop a portion of the batter in it. Cook it from both sides until it slightly changes the color and cooked properly.
