Ground rice phirni

Take all the needed ingredients.

Turn on the stove. Boil the milk on the heavy bottom pan. Non-stick pan is better. Add ground rice.

Add saffron while cooking. Let's cook,around 10-12 mins.

Let's mix water/boiled milk and milk powder,and pour into the pan.mix well. Stir continuously. Then add sugar(according to your taste).

After a few minutes,phirni thickens.Add cardamom powder. Finally add chopped nuts and serve. Also keep in refrigerator for2-4hrs and serve.

That's all. The delicious Grounded rice phirni is ready.
