Pundi - Ground Rice
This is something very basic yet tasty recipe
Steps

Take a cup of ground rice. Keep ready chilli and curry leaves chopped. Take a pan. Add coconut oil. Once oil is hot, add mustard. Add green chilli, urad daal and curry leaves.

Saute for some time. Add water and salt. Let it boils.

Add ground rice. Mix it well. Let it cool slightly.

Wet your palms and take handful. Give ball kind of shape. Steam it for 10 minutes. Serve with Sambhar or chutney.
