Knead the minced meat well with spices, by hand or in a food processor.

Prepare vegetables. Chop cabbage, celery, dice potatoes, bell peppers, and onions. Chop dill and green onions.

Roll the minced meat into balls the size of a walnut. Place on the bottom of the multicooker.

Place cabbage and other vegetables on the balls. Add salt. Pour in water. Without adding to the edge 2-3 cm.

Close the multicooker lid and set the “Stew” mode. 20 minutes before the end of the program, pour in the tomato and add green onions and dill.
