Take ghee, salt and sesame seeds in a mixing bowl.

Add flour, suji and fennel seeds.

Now add grated jaggery and mix well.

Add some water and knead a dough. Keep aside the dough for 10 minutes.

Make small size balls from dough and flatten them.

Heat oil in a wok and put prepared tikkis in it.

Deep fry these tikkis till golden brown in colour.

Enjoy meethi khurmi while store in an airtight container.
