Wash and wipe sweet potato.

Microwave for two minutes.

Peel and cut into wedges

In a griddle heat ghee and add sweet potato wedges.Stir fry till slightly brown and crispy.

Cool and marinate ginger, black salt, chilli powder and squeeze lemon juice.Mix well and serve with coriander leaves.
