Ingredients

  • 1 cuppalm pulp
  • 11/2 cupground rice
  • 1/2 cupdesiccated coconut
  • salt
  • 1 tbspsugar
  • Ghee as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients nicely except ghee.Heat a kadhei put little ghee pour 1laddleful batter cover it & on the outer side cover a wetcloth Cooked 5mints on medium flame. Palm chitoi pitha are ready.
