Soak the garden cress seeds in warm water for 2 hours

Take a pot pour the half litre milk and put on the gas add the soaked seeds and sugar put on the gas for 5 to 6 min, till milk will boil stir continue.... add some chopped dry fruits

Now add some cardamom powder, and kesar sticks, put the gas on low flame

Now remove the pot from gas stove... keep the kheer for cooling

Have the chamsur Dana kheer in breakfast it's good for health, calcium rich food...
