Ingredients

8-10 minutes

2-3 people

1/2 bowlHemp seeds
1/2 tspcumin seed
3garlic cloves
2-3roughly chopped green chilli
15-20 leavesmint
Halfbowl of coriander leaves
Salt as per test
2 tbsjuce of lemon

8-10 minutes

Take Hemp steeds and roast it on low flame.Take out it and roast cumin seeds for half minutes.

Crush the Hemp seeds, cumin seeds, garlic cloves,mint leaves and coriander leaves in a mixer.

Now add salt and lemon juice and crush smooth chutney.

Now ready to eat.
