  • 1 tbspovernight soaked hemp seeds
  • 4 tbsporange crush
  • 1 cupwater /soda water
  • 4 piecespineapple
  • 1/2 tspcumin seeds powder
  • 1/2 tspchaat masala
  • 1/2 tsplemon juice

    Blend pineapple and water. Keep some pieces of pineapple for serving

    In a serving glass add juice and some chunks of pineapple. Add orange crush

    Now add soaked hemp seeds. Cumin seeds powder, chat masala and lemon juice. Mix well. ADD SOME CRUSHED MINT LEAVES FOR BEST TASTE
