It's so easy to make and has high protein and a definate go for my vegetarian friends.
Steps

Take soya chunks and soak in water for 30mins

After 30mins squeeze the water out of soya chunks and keep it aside.

Take a pan add mustard oil and heat it on medim temperature.

After heating add Chings Red Chilli sauce to pan and mix it well.

After heating the sauce for 3mins add soya chunks to pan and mix it well.

After heating it for 5mins add chilli and cumin powder according to taste.

Mix them well and cook it for 5mins and the add salt according to taste.

Take bowl put Chings Chilli paneer masala and add water as required. Mix it well until their are no lumps. This masala will act as a substitute for cornflour as it is spicy. It provides consistency to gravy.

Add this to the pan and mix well.

Increase the temperature and keep the lid removed. For good consistency keep stirring regularly.

Once the required consistency is achieved lower the temperature and mix the soya chunks well.

OptionalYou can also add fresh sliced green chillies and sliced onions and capsicums if you like. I made an easy, lazy and quick meal.
