At first, take all ingredients in a large plate. Add water slowly and knead a soft dough. Quinoa flour is very sticky while kneading.

Cover it and rest for 10-15 minutes.

Heat the griddle on medium heat. Dust the roiling surface roll this around 6 diameter circle. Cook from both sides until golden brown. And apply ghee.

Quinoa rotis are ready now. Serve hot with sabji, dal, raita as your choice and enjoy..... 😋😋
