Modaks are usually prepared as bhog parshad during Ganesh Chathurthi it’s a one of the favourite food of lord Ganesha so people trying so many variations of Modaks during festival here’s one of the quick and easy recipe of Modaks for sweet lovers
Cooking Instructions

Take a big bowl and add besan and make a smooth runny batter by adding water as required

Then take a pan add ghee then pour prepared batter slowly and make small balls like pakodas

Then transfer it to a plate and let it cool down for few minutes

Transfer to mixers jar and grind it coarsly
- 5
Then take another pan add water and sugar in it to make sugar syrup.Add saffron petals and edible food colour and cook it properly till sugar dissolve properly

Then add prepared material in sugar syrup and mix well

Add chopped dry fruits and mix properly transfer to a plate and let it cool down

Then shaped them like Modak with the help of Modak mould and urs bhog parshad ready for lord Ganesha
