Ingredients

  1. 1 cupQuinoa flour
  2. 1 cupWhole wheat flour
  3. Salt, 2 tea spoon oil
  4. 1 tea spooncanom seeds 1/2 tea spoon chill powder
  5. 1 tea spoonjeera, 2 table spoon kasuri methi
  6. Oil for frying

    Take quinoa roast it for 2, 3 min. Now grind it & make fine powder. Shifting flour. Now in a big pot add all ingredients.

    Mix them & add oil in it. With the help of water kneading dough. It should be little tight.

    Heat oil in a pan. Make mideum size flat bread & fry them. When both sides cooked take out from oil. Keep it on a tissue paper soak for extra oil.

    Now it ready for eat. Soft, masala flavour puri. No need any thing with it.
